About HVACCompany.ca: the outside view on growing an HVAC company

HVACCompany.ca is a Canadian marketing and business consulting service that organises its work around the growth stages of an HVAC company. It sits inside the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, is run from Vancouver, BC, and is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA.

HVACCompany.ca exists for one kind of owner: someone who has already built a working HVAC company and wants to take it to the next stage without guessing. We organise everything, from the audit to the monthly report, around four growth stages, because what a one-truck business needs from marketing is nearly the opposite of what a multi-city company needs.

The company behind the site

HVACCompany.ca is one of the specialist brands in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. The group is Canadian, with its headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia, and it serves clients from coast to coast.

Sedighi.ca is the umbrella for Ali's growth, marketing and technology consulting, and it runs several brands, among them HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. SAZ.ca, the Strategy & Acceleration Zone, is the group's consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Our parent site for HVAC work is HVAC.Agency, which carries the full plan details and the complete list of case studies.

Ali Sedighi, MBA

Ali Sedighi leads HVACCompany.ca. He holds an MBA in Technology Management and has worked in digital marketing for more than 17 years, beginning in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency.

Later ventures include Conv.ca, his conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca; at SAZ.ca his title is Founder and Managing Partner. His clients have been in Canada, the USA and Dubai. In the heating and cooling world specifically, he has built 150+ live HVAC websites, including CombiBoiler.ca, RomaHeating.ca, CanroHeat.ca and BCWide.ca. He lives and works in Vancouver.

That portfolio is why this site is built around stages. Working with many HVAC companies of different sizes shows the same pattern again and again: the company's shape decides which marketing works, and the plan has to change as the shape does.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a marketing and business consulting service for heating, cooling and HVAC companies. We are not a contractor of any kind.

That means we never quote, install, repair or maintain furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners or anything else. We don't hold or claim trade licences, we don't send technicians, and we don't give technical, code or safety advice. When a question turns on regulations, we point you to the provincial authority, as our region pages do, and let them answer.

What we do is plan and run the marketing, and advise owners on the business decisions that marketing depends on: when to add a truck, how to price a maintenance plan for the slow months, whether a second city is ready, and how to tell if a channel is paying for itself.

How we work

Our working method follows the same four steps at every stage.

  1. Diagnose before spending. Every engagement starts with the growth-stage audit, so the plan is aimed at the real constraint.
  2. Fix things in order. Call handling before ads, a solid home market before a second city. The order matters more than the tactic.
  3. Measure booked jobs, not clicks. Our reports lead with cost per booked job and, where your CRM allows, revenue by channel.
  4. Leave you in control. You own the website, domain, ad accounts and Business Profile. If you leave, everything stays with you.

We also keep our claims to what we can show. You won't find invented reviews, borrowed logos or promised lead counts here. The results we cite are on the results page, each linked to the live site.

Why "HVAC company" and not "HVAC marketing"

The name is deliberate. Most marketing sites talk about channels: SEO, ads, social. We'd rather talk about the company: how many trucks, who answers the phone, how full the calendar is in April, and what the owner wants the business to look like in three years.

Channels are tools. The stage tells you which ones to pick up now and which to leave on the shelf. If that sounds like the conversation you want to have, start with the services overview or the stage self-check guide, then call, text or email us.
