These answers cover what owners ask most often before working with us. If your question is about a specific stage, the services overview goes deeper, and if it's about a province, check the region pages. Anything not here, ask directly.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Monthly plans are $2,998, $4,498 or $8,998, and websites are $3,500, $6,500 or $12,500 one-time, all in Canadian dollars plus GST/HST based on your province (GST and QST in Quebec). Ad spend is separate and goes straight from your accounts to the platforms.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There's no lock-in, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that needs no credit card. We'd rather keep clients because the numbers work than because a contract says so.
We tried an agency before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
It may not be, and we'd rather find out together in the audit. The usual reasons past agencies fail are a plan that didn't fit the company's stage, reporting on clicks instead of booked jobs, and calls that weren't answered. The audit checks all three before you spend anything.
Who owns the website and the ad accounts?
You do. The domain, website, Google Ads, Meta and Business Profile are set up under your company's ownership, with us added as managers. If you leave, nothing has to be handed back.
How long until I see results?
Call coverage and Business Profile fixes can show up within weeks, and paid search produces calls soon after launch. Organic search and content take several months to a year to build. We'll give you a stage-specific timeline in writing.
Can you promise a number of leads or rankings?
No. Anyone who promises rankings or a lead count is guessing or bending the truth. We commit to a plan, a clear set of measures and honest monthly reporting.
What do your reports show?
Calls, booked jobs, cost per booked job by channel, review count and, where your CRM shares it, revenue by source. Crew-stage clients get a monthly report; Growth and Elite clients get weekly reporting as well.
Do you install or service HVAC equipment?
No. We're a marketing and business consulting service, not a contractor. We never quote, install, repair or maintain any equipment, and we don't refer jobs to anyone.
My company has only one truck. Is it worth it?
It can be, if the business is established and you want to grow. The one-truck plan is deliberately small: profile, reviews, a fast site and call coverage. If you don't need even that, the audit will tell you.
We want to open a second city. Where do we start?
With the home market's numbers. If cost per booked job is stable and trucks are full, the next step is choosing the market on evidence and planning a launch sequence. Our guide to adding a second city walks through it.
Do you work with companies outside BC?
Yes, in every province and territory. Our region pages explain what changes in each one, from regulators to rebate programs, and link to the official sources.
Will you work with my competitor down the street?
We'll tell you before we take on a direct competitor in the same service area, and we won't run their campaigns against yours. Raise it on the first call and we'll be specific.
How do I get in touch?
Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. There are no forms or booking widgets; a senior strategist replies.
Money questions
Most cost questions come down to three things: the plan fee, the ad spend and what you get back.
The plan fee pays for our time and tools, and it's fixed each month. Ad spend goes from your accounts straight to Google, Meta and similar platforms, and you control it. What you get back is measured in booked jobs and, where possible, revenue. A useful habit is to divide your total marketing cost by booked jobs each month; if that number falls as you grow, the plan is working. The pricing page shows the full plan table and how each plan matches a stage.
Contracts and ownership
You own everything we build or set up for you, and there's no lock-in.
That includes the domain, website content, Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta accounts, call-tracking numbers once ported, and all reporting data. We're added as managers, not owners. This matters more than it sounds: many owners we speak with have lost a Business Profile or an ad account history to a former agency, and getting them back can take weeks.
When past agencies didn't work
When an owner tells us an agency didn't work, the cause usually falls into one of three buckets.
- Wrong stage. A big multi-channel plan sold to a two-truck company that couldn't answer the calls, or a tiny local plan given to a full shop.
- Wrong measure. Reports full of impressions and clicks, but nothing about booked jobs.
- Calls lost at the office. Good leads, booked badly or not at all.
Our growth-stage audit checks each of these, and its findings are yours to keep even if you never sign up.
Questions by stage
Owners at different stages tend to ask different things, so here are the short versions.
- One truck: "Will this bring more work than I can handle?" Not if we plan it properly. We size the plan to your hours and start with call coverage, so extra enquiries don't turn into unanswered voicemails.
- Crew: "How do I stop paying for idle trucks in spring?" Maintenance agreements sold before the slow months, plus paid search that rises and falls with the weather. The crew-stage service covers both.
- Full shop: "Which channel actually pays for our installs?" That's a tracking question first. Once calls and booked jobs are tied to your CRM, the answer usually becomes clear within a quarter.
- Multi-city: "Is the home market strong enough to fund a second one?" Look at cost per booked job and truck utilisation over the last two or three quarters. If both are steady, you're likely ready to plan, not yet to launch.
If your question doesn't fit any of these, that's fine. Call, text or email, and you'll get a straight answer from a senior strategist.
Working with us day to day
Day-to-day work is light on your time. Most owners spend about an hour at the start of each month on a review call, plus short replies when we need photos, job details or approval for a new page.
We consult by video call or in person and work by phone, text and email, during the week, Pacific time. If your office manager or service manager is the better contact for daily questions, we'll work with them and keep you on the monthly summary. For the stage-by-stage picture of what we'd actually do, read the guide on how to tell which stage you are in.
