Services matched to the stage your HVAC company is in

We don't sell channels one at a time. Each service below is a bundle of marketing work sized for one growth stage, so you buy what the company can actually use.

Each service on this page is built for one stage of an HVAC company's growth. Pick by stage, not by channel: the right question is "what is stopping the next truck from being busy?", not "should we do SEO?". If you aren't sure where you sit, start with the audit.

Growth-stage audit and roadmap

The audit is where most owners begin, because it tells you which of the other four services you need. It looks at your Google Business Profile, website, call handling, reviews, lead sources and job mix, and then places the company on the roadmap.

It's also what the 7-day free trial covers, so you can see the findings before paying anything. Choose it if you've grown without a plan, if you've tried agencies before and aren't sure what went wrong, or if you're about to hire and want to know whether marketing can keep a new technician busy. Details are on the growth-stage audit page.

One-truck foundation

The foundation service is for the established owner-operator who wants a second truck within a year or two. The goal is a reliable local reputation and a phone that never goes unanswered, not a flood of enquiries.

The work is deliberately small: a complete Google Business Profile, a review habit tied to every finished job, a fast site with honest service and area pages, and missed-call text-back. Choose it if you are still the one selling, dispatching and fixing. See the one-truck foundation.

Crew-stage lead flow (2 to 5 trucks)

This service exists to keep a small crew busy through spring and fall, not just in the first cold snap. It adds paid search, tracked phone numbers and maintenance-plan marketing on top of the foundation.

It also moves review requests and first replies off the owner's phone and onto a simple, repeatable system. Choose it if you've hired your first technicians and an office person, and you're nervous about payroll in April. See crew-stage lead flow.

Full-shop marketing (6 to 15 trucks)

Full-shop marketing is about efficiency at volume. Once you have install crews, a service manager and a customer service team, the question becomes how to hold cost per booked job steady while spending more.

This service adds content and organic search depth, a broader paid mix with retargeting, CRM-connected reporting and booking-rate tracking by person. Choose it if your marketing spend has grown but you can't say which channel paid for which install. See full-shop marketing.

Multi-city expansion marketing

Expansion marketing helps you open a new market without starving the one that pays the bills. It covers market selection, launch order, local pages, a Business Profile for each staffed location, and separate budgets and reports per city.

Choose it if you're planning a second location, buying a smaller company in another town, or adding a division such as boilers or commercial work. See multi-city expansion and our guide to adding a second city.

How to choose in three questions

If you want to place yourself without a call, answer these honestly:

  1. Who answers the phone between 8 and 5? If it's you, from a job site, start with the one-truck foundation.
  2. Did any truck sit idle for more than a week last spring or fall? If yes, the crew-stage service is aimed squarely at that.
  3. Can you name your cost per booked job for each lead source? If no, and you run six or more trucks, full-shop marketing comes first.

If none of these fit, or more than one does, the audit will settle it. The pricing page shows how each service lines up with a monthly plan, and the FAQ covers contracts and ownership.

What every service has in common

Every service shares a few rules, whichever stage it serves. You own your website, domain, ad accounts and Business Profile from day one. Reports use plain numbers: calls, booked jobs, cost per booked job, and revenue where your CRM can tell us. And we never sell a promised outcome, because nobody can honestly promise you a lead count.

We're a marketing and business consulting service, part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. We work alongside your team; we never do the HVAC work itself.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy just Google Ads or just SEO?

You can, but we'll tell you if it doesn't fit your stage. A single channel bought in isolation often treats a symptom. The stage audit shows whether that channel is really what the company needs next.

What if my company sits between two stages?

Most do. We plan for the stage you're in and build the groundwork for the next one, so a four-truck company might run the crew-stage plan with one or two full-shop pieces added.

Do these services include any HVAC work?

No. Every service here is marketing and business consulting. We don't install, repair or maintain equipment, and we don't subcontract that work to anyone.

How long before I can move to the next stage's service?

That depends on hiring and cash, not on marketing alone. As a rough guide, owners usually spend a year or more at each stage, and the move happens when the constraint changes, not on a calendar.
