Monthly plans and the stage each one suits

The plan names come from our parent site, HVAC.Agency, which keeps the authoritative list of what each includes. Here's how they line up with the roadmap.

Plan Price What it covers, briefly Usual stage
Starter $2,998/month Site with SEO service pages, Business Profile and local SEO, a basic Google and Meta ad set-up, monthly reports, hosting and upkeep Late one-truck to early crew
Growth $4,498/month Starter's work plus deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels with retargeting, CRM connection, review generation and weekly reports Crew to full shop
Elite $8,998/month Growth's work plus video, PR outreach, a dedicated account manager, a live dashboard, monthly strategy calls and custom reports Full shop to multi-city

A one-truck owner who is happy staying small rarely needs more than Starter, and sometimes less; the growth-stage audit will say so.

Websites, one-time

Websites are priced separately, with hosting and maintenance billed monthly.

Package Price Scope Monthly after launch Usual stage
Essential $3,500 one-time A custom site of 5 to 7 pages, built in 2 to 3 weeks $149/month hosting and maintenance One truck
Professional $6,500 one-time A conversion-focused site of 10 to 15 pages, built in 3 to 4 weeks $249/month hosting, maintenance and CRO Crew and full shop
Enterprise $12,500 one-time Unlimited pages and locations, built in 4 to 6 weeks $449/month full management Multi-city

The jump from Professional to Enterprise is mostly about locations. If you're adding a second city or a division, the extra pages need to be real and local, and that takes more work.

What drives your total cost

The plan price is only one part of what growth costs. Four other factors usually matter more.

  1. Ad spend. Paid to the platforms from your own accounts. A crew in a mid-sized city and a full shop in a large metro can spend very different amounts on the same plan.
  2. Competition. Searches like "furnace replacement" cost more per click in dense markets with many established competitors.
  3. Number of markets. Each new city needs its own pages, profile and budget.
  4. How well calls are handled. A low booking rate makes every marketing dollar more expensive. Fixing it is often the cheapest improvement available.

Here's a rough check you can run. Add your plan fee and ad spend for a month, then divide by booked jobs from marketing. If Growth plus $4,000 of ad spend produces 90 booked jobs, your all-in marketing cost is about $94 per job. Compare that to your gross margin per job to see whether the plan pays.

How to choose

Pick the plan that fits your current constraint, not your ambition. Some quick rules:

  • Still answering every call yourself? Starter, with the Essential website, is enough.
  • Two to five trucks with idle weeks in spring and fall? Starter or Growth, depending on how many channels you need.
  • Six or more trucks and no idea which channel pays? Growth, with the Professional website.
  • Opening a second market? Elite, with Enterprise for the website, is usually the right pairing.

Our budget-by-stage guide explains the arithmetic in more depth, and the services overview describes what happens under each plan. Questions about contracts or ownership are covered in the FAQ.

If you're unsure between two plans, start on the smaller one. Moving up mid-season is simple, and it's easier to justify extra spend once the first month's report shows where the calls are coming from.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a contract?

No lock-in. Plans run month to month, and you can stop when the plan stops making sense for your company. You keep the website, domain, ad accounts and profiles either way.

Is ad spend included in the monthly price?

No. Media spend on Google, Meta and similar platforms is paid by you, directly to those platforms, from your own accounts. The plan price covers our planning, set-up, management and reporting.

Do you charge GST or HST?

Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and clients add GST/HST based on their province (GST and QST in Quebec). How sales tax applies to your own books is a question for your accountant.

What does the free trial include?

Seven days covering a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, an SEO review and a look at your competitors. There's no credit card needed, and the findings are yours to keep.

Can I start small and move up later?

Yes, and that's how the roadmap is designed. Many companies start on Starter at the one-truck or early crew stage and move to Growth when they add trucks and managers.
