What happens next

  1. Send a short note

Your business name, city and what you need.

  2. Get a reply

Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.

  3. Plan the next step

If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.

Three ways to reach us

Pick whichever suits your day; the same senior team handles all three.

  • Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you'd like to talk it through now. If we can't pick up, leave your name, company, city and truck count.
  • Text (604) 632-4959. Best from a job site. A two-line text is plenty to start.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send details, a website link or last year's numbers.

We only reply to people who contact us first. We won't add you to any mass mailing list.

What to include in your first message

Short is fine. These five details let us give you a useful answer on the first reply:

  1. Your company name and main city.
  2. Trucks on the road today, and whether you're hiring.
  3. Who answers the phone during the day and after hours.
  4. What feels stuck: idle weeks, rising ad costs, a second city you're considering, or something else.
  5. Your website address, if you have one.

If it helps, copy this template into a text or email and fill in the brackets:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We run [number] trucks and [one sentence on what's stuck, e.g. "trucks sit idle in April"]. Our site is [website]. Best time to reach me is [day/time].

What happens next

After you reach out, the process is short and nothing is automatic.

  1. Reply. A senior strategist reads your message and replies, usually within one business day, with a few questions or a suggested time to talk.
  2. First call, about 30 minutes. We place your company on the roadmap together and talk about the constraint. You'll know by the end whether we think we can help.
  3. Free trial, if it fits. The 7-day trial runs the growth-stage audit: marketing audit, website check, SEO review and competitor comparison.
  4. Written roadmap. You get the findings and three next moves, whether or not you continue.
  5. Plan, if you choose. We recommend a plan matched to your stage; the pricing page shows the options.

Before you call: a two-minute self-check

You'll get more from the first conversation if you've thought about these questions, even roughly.

  • How many calls do you think went unanswered last month?
  • Which two months were slowest for your trucks last year?
  • Roughly what share of revenue came from replacements versus repairs and maintenance?
  • If marketing worked perfectly, how many trucks would you want in three years, and in how many cities?

There are no wrong answers, and "I don't know" is a useful finding. Our guide to finding your growth stage expands on these questions if you'd like to prepare more.

If you'd rather we didn't call

Some owners prefer to keep everything in writing, especially in peak season. That's fine. Say so in your first text or email, and we'll keep the whole conversation, including the audit findings and the roadmap, in writing until you're ready to talk. Nothing is lost by doing it that way, and you can switch to a call at any point.

Who you'll be talking to

You'll speak with a senior strategist from HVACCompany.ca, a marketing and business consulting service in the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, run from Vancouver, BC, under Ali Sedighi, MBA. We're not a contractor and won't try to sell you equipment or service.

We work with HVAC companies everywhere in Canada; see the areas we cover for province-specific notes before you call.

Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Texts and emails sent outside those hours are read the next business day.

How fast will I hear back?

We usually reply within one business day. If you call during business hours and we're on another call, leave a short message or send a text, and we'll come back to you.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first call costs nothing, and if it makes sense, the next step is the 7-day free trial, which needs no credit card.

Can I just send my website address?

Yes. A link plus your truck count and city is enough for us to prepare a few useful questions before we talk.
